The solution is capable of managing audio, video, and control signals, and offers a wide range of encoder types to support various video types such as VGA, SDI, and HDMI. This flexibility and capacity make the ORION solution ideal for use in operating room environments that require scalable and adaptable integration capabilities.
Ease of integration
The ORION solution is designed for seamless integration into operating room environments. Its software includes an API that enables integrators to design their GUI around the solution and integrate with their Hospital Management System. The VoirElite displays come with an integrated ORION Decoder, and the Adapters are compact and simple to install. The ORION String is a more affordable solution compared to the ORION Pipes, yet it still offers the same ease of integration and streamlined efficiency for integrators looking to incorporate video transmission into their solution. The main difference between the two is that the ORION Strings has limited multi-stream functionalities, while ORION Pipes has full multi-stream support. Regardless, both solutions offer reliable and high-quality video transmission capabilities for the operating room.
